Sunny Girl Gardens Ready to Grow Award Winning Mix 100% Organic Welcome to the world of Organics. This 2 part mix has been time tested and all ingredients are certified 100% organic. You will taste the difference and your body will thank you. Uses for this mix are Pot Crops, Bedding Plants, Vegetable Plants, Fruit Trees, and Containerized Nursery Stock. This 2 part mix is ready to use and requires no additional fertilizers or additives. Just follow the simple directions below for professional results. Each bag is hand mixed with our special blend of award winning fertilizers and sterile medium. This mix is easy to use and formulated for the North West. You may use this mix indoors or out. This mix is formulated so that containers can be filled dry and then watered after seeding or planting. The mix wets easily and uniformly, eliminating the need for pre-watering. As with any mix, over wetting will negatively affect the physical properties of the mix. Never compress any mix too tightly when planting. If you combine this mix with soil, or any other unsterile components, they should be steamed separately prior to mixing. Our long-lasting wetting agent eases the surface tension of the water resulting in uniform, thorough wetting with just one watering. This means that crops need to be watered less often, providing a savings in labor and water/fertilizer solution over the life of the crop. Because of the long-lasting properties of our unique wetting agent, there is no need to re-apply a wetting agent during growth or prior to use. Instructions for 4 and 10 gallon mixes: There are 2 bags included with your kit, a Top mix and a Bottom mix. 1. Simply pour the contents of the Bottom mix in the container first. Fill your container half way. 2. Now pour the top mix in on top. Fill it up to the top. 3. Now just plant first and then water. Only water first if your planting fine seeds like lettuce. You will need about one pint for every gallon of mix for the first watering session. Check the water every 3 to 7 days during growing season. Let the soil "lighten" between watering. Tip: If using your own container, fill it ½ with Bottom, then ½ with Top. Caring for your Container Your container is reusable and should last many years with simple care. Clean the container between each use with a mixture of bleach and water. Do not use dishwashing, laundry or other types of cleaners. Rinse the container thoroughly and allow to dry before refilling. Caution: Avoid Creating Dust. Breathing dust may be harmful to your health. |
